Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 November 2026

1. Agreement and parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between ARCHIMEDES COMPANY LIMITED ("Movio", "we", "us") and the agency or business that registers for a Movio account ("you", "the Agency"). By creating an account or using Movio, you agree to these Terms. If you use Movio on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. What Movio provides

Movio is a social media management platform. It lets an Agency schedule and publish content; route posts through internal and client approval; connect and manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp Business accounts on behalf of its clients; manage contacts, comments and messages; view analytics and reports; track public competitor Pages and accounts; receive AI-generated guidance and summaries; and, where enabled, send email and WhatsApp broadcasts.

3. Accounts and your clients

3.1 Your responsibility for your clients

Movio is designed for you to manage social media on behalf of your clients. You are responsible for having the authority and permission of each client to connect their accounts, publish and message on their behalf, and handle their and their customers' data through Movio. You are responsible for what you and your staff publish and send.

3.2 Client-workspace users

You may invite your clients to limited "client workspace" access to review and approve content. You are responsible for who you invite and for their use of that access.

3.3 Account security

You are responsible for keeping sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

4. Data protection

When you upload contacts or content, or connect social accounts, you are the party responsible for that data (the "controller"), and Movio processes it on your instructions to provide the service (the "processor"). This means:

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Movio to:

6. WhatsApp

If you connect a WhatsApp Business number, you must follow Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. Business-initiated messages and broadcasts may only be sent to people who have opted in, using templates approved by Meta. Customers who opt out must not be messaged again. Meta charges your client directly for WhatsApp messages, through the payment method on their WhatsApp account; these charges are separate from Movio's fees.

7. Marketing broadcasts and consent

If you use Movio's email or messaging broadcasts, you alone are responsible for making sure every recipient has validly opted in, and for complying with the marketing, anti-spam and telecommunications laws of the recipient's country. Movio provides opt-in, unsubscribe and suppression tools; you must use them and must not work around them.

8. Competitor tracking

Competitor tracking shows public data about Facebook Pages and Instagram Business or Creator accounts that you do not manage, as made available by Meta. You may use it only to analyse public business activity. You must not use it to profile, contact or monitor the individual people who comment on those accounts.

9. AI features: no guarantee

Movio's AI review, summaries and reply suggestions are automated and based on third-party AI models. They are informational only, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding on all content before it is published or sent.

10. Third-party platforms

Movio connects to third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok and others). Your use of them through Movio is also subject to their own terms. Videos published to TikTok through Movio are also subject to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and, when marked as branded content, its Branded Content Policy; by publishing, you confirm you accept them. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make, for their availability, or for actions they take against a connected account. If a platform withdraws or limits access, some Movio features may stop working.

11. Plans, fees and payment

Movio is offered on subscription plans: Starter, Pro, Agency and Enterprise. Each plan has its own features, limits and price; current details are shown when you sign up or agreed with us in writing. The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial. Fees are billed in advance for each billing period and are non-refundable except where the law requires. We may change plans and prices with reasonable notice. Charges from third parties, such as Meta's WhatsApp message charges, are separate from Movio's fees.

12. Usage limits and fair use

Each plan includes usage limits. Features with third-party costs, such as AI and email, are subject to fair use and plan limits. We may throttle or suspend usage that exceeds your plan or risks the stability of the service.

Media storage is limited per plan. Videos are removed from Movio 7 days after they are published on every selected platform, and uploads never used in a post are removed after 14 days. Published content remains on the social platforms; keep your own copies of anything you need to reuse.

13. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time; your subscription then ends at the close of the current billing period. We may suspend or end your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use Movio in a way that risks harm to the service, other users, connected platforms or third parties. We may suspend immediately where there is a serious or legal risk.

When your account ends, your data remains available for export for 30 days and is then deleted within 90 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Intellectual property

Movio and its software, design and content belong to ARCHIMEDES COMPANY LIMITED. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Movio during your subscription. You keep ownership of the content and data you upload, and you give us the limited right to process it to provide the service.

15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Movio is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for lost profits or data, or for the acts of third-party platforms. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Movio against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your handling of your clients' and their customers' data.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here with a new date and, where required, tell you about material changes. Continuing to use Movio after changes take effect means you accept them.
